The OpportunityThe Boston Bruins are hiring a Fan Relations Account Executive to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Fan Relations Account Executive, you will be responsible for servicing and retaining a client base of Boston Bruins season ticket holders. You will drive revenue by selling season tickets, game plans, group ticket packages, Boston Garden Society products, and Legends Club memberships.PayMinimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $39300 - $51100 / yearIn addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Responsibilities

Responsible for servicing and retaining an annual client base of Season Ticket Holders

Collaborate with the box office to resolve guest service issues and help with ticket upgrades

Aid with the execution of events and benefits, interacting with guests on-site to optimize the guest experience

Manage a client base of Boston Bruins Game Plan Holders, Group Buyers, and TD Garden Suite Renters

Solicit referrals and make recommendations to generate new sales leads

Handle and respond to communication received from ticket holders and fans

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of client retention and sales experience

Knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics, Ticketmaster Account Manager, and Salesforce

Excellent communication and problem solving skills, detail oriented

Able to work with internal guests on a professional level
