Event Sales and Dining Cordinator

The Private Dining Specialist serves as the liaison between the Event Sales Manager and Restaurant Operations Team to ensure all parties have a detailed understanding of scheduled events, food and beverage menus, room set up, and each client’s expectations. Reports to the Private Events Sales Manager and General Manager of Restaurants.Communicates with the sales team and clients to meet all requestsCoordinates client requests in a timely mannerDevelops menus and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) together with the store team for private dining eventsAssists with on-site private event production from start to finish as neededFollows up on special orders with management staff and kitchenPerforms other duties as required or assigned
