- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, ideally in a Life Sciences subject.
- At least five years’ experience as a Data Manager at the study level.
- Fluent with ICH Google Cloud Platform & CDISC requirements.
- Project Management experience – Minimum 2 years.
- Exposure to end-to-end Data management activities across all the three phases of Setup/Conduct and close out.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management.
- Having experience in working in Sponsor- service provider relationship. Experience working with Onsite- Offshore model will be added advantage.
- People management experience, exposure to Veeva EDC and Oncology trials will be added advantage
