Reporting directly to the VP of Global Growth Marketing, this high-profile role offers the chance to lead both the Field Marketing and Business Development teams, shaping demand generation strategies and amplifying our position as industry leaders. You'll have a seat at the table on our Marketing Leadership Team, driving collaboration and innovation across our business.What You'll Do:Design and execute regional go-to-market strategies in collaboration with corporate marketing, product marketing, and sales leadership.Lead and inspire a team of regional field marketing managers to deliver pipeline growth through high-impact regional programs.Guide and support Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to maximize their influence on top-of-funnel pipeline development.Partner with sales leaders to craft marketing programs that uncover new opportunities and accelerate deal cycles.Drive account-based marketing strategies, using insights into customer challenges, decision-making processes, and personas to craft tailored campaigns.Use data to optimize every touchpoint—from social media and email nurturing to bottom-of-funnel engagement with sales teams.Create dynamic offline and online events that resonate with customers and drive pipeline.Equip sales teams with the content and tools needed to engage customers effectively.
