Description We are in search of a Customer Service Representative to be a part of our team located in Boston, Massachusetts, 02210, United States. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity within our organization. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer interactions, responding to inquiries, and maintaining customer accounts. Responsibilities: Responding promptly and professionally to inbound calls from customers. Providing exceptional customer service in a call center environment. Accurately entering customer data and other relevant information. Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and other tasks. Handling both inbound and outbound customer calls. Managing customer email correspondence efficiently. Keeping track of customer orders and ensuring accurate entry. Scheduling appointments as per customer requirements. Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action when needed. Requirements Proven experience in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a call center customer service environment is essential. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer queries and complaints. Proficiency in data entry, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Experience in email correspondence, ensuring clear and detail-oriented communication. Ability to manage both inbound and outbound calls efficiently. Mastery of Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create spreadsheets and reports. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the capability to create, edit, and format documents. Experience in order entry, ensuring all customer orders are processed accurately and promptly. Ability to schedule appointments effectively, coordinating with multiple parties to find optimal times.
