Enrolled in a MBA program with an expected graduation date of December 2024 or Spring 2025
Background in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, business development, corporate development, investment banking, finance, digital/e-commerce, retail or general apparel brands, or related fields
3-5 years work experience strongly preferred

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON:As a Strategic Planning Intern, you’ll partner to develop elements of Converse’s global long-term growth strategy. You’ll manage one or more cross-functional projects in support of management to help identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and/or problems, and to catalyze action against these priorities through long-range business planning and performance management.Project examples include, but are not limited to:
Cross-consumer assessment of Sport dimensions and determine the potential brand & commercial impact of cultural & sport moments
Develop a recommendation for expanding our digital footprint in an international emerging market
Identify growth opportunities and define a consumer narrative for key consumer segments
