Join us!Job Description:The Contract Management team closes contractual negotiations with GPS clients around the world as quickly and efficiently as possible, reducing time to revenue, minimizing legal costs, while protecting both the client relationship and BofA’s risk position. Enterprise Contract Management has mandated a policy and related standards necessary for each Line of Business to consistently identify and remediate contracts presenting significant risk to the bank. Primary focus of this role is to ensure the GPS Front Line Unit adheres to the requirements of the Policy and Standards and maintain an inventory of Significant Risk Contracts where the bank is acting as a vendor of Significant Risk services. .In this role a Contract Management Officer will:

Function as the primary liaison between the GPS Contract Management teams and the Enterprise Contract Management team

-Maintain the inventory of Significant Risk Contracts covering Significant Risk Services-Manage the activity of external consultants and outside counsel-Coordinate all activities and reporting in order to meet strict regular routine deadlines-Facilitate communications among the Contract Enabler, Contract Manager, and Contract Owner roles within the LOB.-Effectively apply analytical, verbal and written communcation skills to represent the Bank in reporting for upper-management committees and external regulators.-Demonstrate organizational and prioritization skill with a large number of competing, complex documentation assignments.-Advise and educate internal associates about documentation standards and options, policies and procedures.Required skills: "Must" have these skills to be minamally qualifiedInclusive and Inspiring: Seeking motivating team players who value collaboration, celebrating shared success and who actively seek and appreciate diverse thoughts and backgroundsAuthentic and Passionate: Seeking highly engaged teammates whose intensity and intentions align and are enthusiastic about the work we are doing for our clients and in our communitiesInnovative and Curious: Seeking teammates with out-of-the box ideas and solutions, who embrace change with a future-forward mindset, and are looking to challenge the status quoConfident and Agile: Seeking strong communicators who value giving and receiving feedback, easily build relationships, and who are quick thinking, flexible, and always learning and sharing knowledge-Undergraduate/Graduate degree required with Juris Doctor or paralegal/technical contract training preferredBroad knowledge of and comfort working with complex legal documentation (contracts)-Excellent analytical, verbal and written communications skills and is comfortable representing the bank in communications with associates, clients and internal/external counsel at all levels of management.-Negotiation skills - conducts negotiations effectively, balancing competing objectives to achieve optimal results-Strong project management and process skills, able to handle full workload with tight deadlines-Strong written and verbal communication skillsDesired skills:

Experience in corporate & commercial cash management banking
