The Communications Agent will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing communication between the company and its external stakeholders. This position requires someone with strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment. You will be responsible for managing communications, handling inquiries, and ensuring that our messages are consistent and clear across all channels.ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound communication with clients, partners, and stakeholders.Develop and maintain positive relationships with key contacts.Draft, review, and distribute communication materials, such as emails, reports, and newsletters.Ensure that all communications align with company messaging and brand guidelines.Assist with the planning and execution of events, conferences, and meetings.Resolve client inquiries and provide timely follow-up as needed.Monitor communication trends and propose improvements to internal processes.
