As the Administrative Coordinator, you will oversee essential administrative assistant functions, and the development of innovative administrative procedures. You’ll cross train to be able to support operative scheduling and billing as well as payroll management. As part of a dedicated support team, this role will provide vital assistance to the Vice President and clinical directors.As the Clinical Administrative Coordinator you will:

Provide crucial administrative support to the Vice President, Directors and unit operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Examples include calendar management and preparing agendas for select meetings.

Manage and safeguard unit files and records, including sensitive information, while supporting the preparation of payroll.

Train in the Operative Scheduling and Billing roles to provide vital cross coverage to those teams as needed.

Schedule and facilitate unit and departmental meetings, keeping meticulous records and fostering collaboration across the team. Recording and managing meeting minutes as needed.

Collect, compile, and present data for regulatory inspections and special projects, making a real impact on our unit’s operations.

Actively participate in unit leadership initiatives, driving the development and implementation of impactful programs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Two years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare.

Skills and Attributes

Strong analytical skills to synthesize information from various sources and design effective systems and programs.

Excellent communication skills for resolving conflicts and fostering a collaborative environment.
