Bioinformatic Scientist- Biomarkers

The role involves conducting bioinformatics data analysis to support therapeutic program decisions. The candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance the team's ability to utilize large-scale biological data and drive scientific innovations.The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in scientific, computational, and statistical disciplines, coupled with a focus on delivering impactful results. The candidate must demonstrate flexibility, proficiency in conducting independent research, and enthusiasm for collaborating within a cross-functional team. Role responsibilities:Biomarker data analysis: Work with biomarker team to generate hypotheses and analyze biomarker data.Drug target discovery: Develop analytical practices to support early target identification and evaluation.Omics data curation and ingestion: Identify and internalize public omics datasets relevant to our diseases of interest. Organize and ingest omics datasets to enhance the team's ability to mine data for scientific purposes.Communicate scientific results, conclusions, and recommendations clearly.Proactively communicate project activities and progress with key stakeholders and supervisors.
