Description:

Experience with lab or hospital projects is a plus

Experience producing construction documents

Must be proficient with Revit

3-5+ years of experience in an Architecture firm postgrad

Bachelor's Degree

Pursuing Architectural License is a plus

Comfortable working on projects through all phases of design, from concept through completion

Strong design and graphic presentation skills; ability to present to and interface with clients and consultants

Proficient in architectural design, material & systems detailing and envelope systems design

Experience with construction administration, codes, and regulatory processes

Experience with lab planning and equipment surveying (biology lab, chemistry lab, tissue culture, cleanroom and vivarium) is strongly preferred

Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, and SketchUp (also Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator) is preferred

Able to self-direct and work well under deadlines, while managing multiple projects and project teams
