Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in the real estate development industry located in Boston, Massachusetts. This role involves providing comprehensive support to the management team and interacting with team members and residents. You will be responsible for performing various tasks as assigned and demonstrating initiative and enthusiasm for the organization's mission. This contract employment opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service, data entry, and Microsoft Office Suite.Responsibilities: Provide direct comprehensive support to the Executive Vice President of Property Management and Vice Presidents of Operations Interact with team members and residents, communicating effectively while maintaining confidential information Perform various tasks as assigned, demonstrating independence and initiative Support property management in achieving strategic plans and growing the size and strength of our portfolio Serve as a member of the 504/Reasonable Accommodations Committee for the organization Handle answering inbound and outbound calls, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally Perform data entry tasks as required, maintaining accuracy and efficiency Manage email correspondence, ensuring all communications are responded to in a timely manner Utilize Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word to perform tasks and manage information Schedule appointments for the management team, ensuring an organized and efficient schedule. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the Real Estate industry Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Strong customer service skills with experience in handling inbound and outbound calls Proven ability to manage email correspondence and schedule appointments effectively Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Experience in answering inbound calls and providing support to clients and team members High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education or certifications an asset.
