Accounts Payable Clerk - Part TimeFull TimeBoston, MassachusettsJoin our company today to become an Accounts Payable Clerk. This role is located in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Estimated 20-30 hour/week.
Prepare payment remittances.
Manage communication with vendors.
Prepare Canadian payments and inspect invoices for contractors.
Review expense reports.
Work from the corporate office at least once a week to print checks and distribute correspondence.
What are the qualifications to apply:
Must have effective verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work in a team environment, be self-motivated and self-directed.
Must be detail oriented.
Experience with Workday Financials is strongly preferred, but not required.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and strong knowledge of Excel.
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
