Busy Modular Home Builder looking for Site Engineer to be hired Per Pono.
To Develop a Stamped plan to be submitted to town Building Departments. Required to obtain
a Building Permit.
You will need to:
Survey our customers property and provide us with:
Site Plan to be created showing:
Plot, to include:
1. Side Lines with determined lengths
2. Side(s) Setbacks
3. Show perimeter of house placement
4. Designed Septic plan, Perk Tests or show Sewage Pipes
Supply new designed septic or current one on property
5. Water lines
6. Some topo's
7. Driveway & Walkways
8. Able to have flagged if needed for wetlands
9. Street location
10.Trees
11. Electric line from pole to the house and location
Once we submit it to the town
11. Stake the foundation corners
12. Pin corners of foundation
13. Do and As Built(s) as maybe required
Needed usually within 30 days from call to completion for Builder to be able to Submit for a Building Permit.
Most jobs within 40 miles of Walpole, also several jobs on the Cape.
Engineers who just want certain areas are welcome or ones who want to do all are welcomed.
Paying $6-$7K per job. And more if it gets more complicated.
We build 9 -14 houses per year.
