Woodcraft Millwork, a local manufacturing leader producing commercial architectural millwork, is seeking an Architectural Millwork Draftsperson to join their team in Canton, MA. This is an in-person, on-site opportunity.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in AutoCAD. Bluebeam would be ideal.

5+ years of experience in Construction or Manufacturing drafting.

Great compensation: Starting between $55,000 - $70,000 in your first year, or more based on experience. You can expect to earn pay raises with Woodcraft Millwork as you grow with the company.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist in producing detailed, accurate shop drawings from architectural plans and specifications.

Interpret construction documents, design intent drawings, and field conditions to create buildable millwork solutions.

Use AutoCAD (and other relevant software) to draft 2D and occasionally 3D representations of custom architectural millwork.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and senior drafters to revise and finalize drawings.

Apply company drafting standards and adhere to AWI (Architectural Woodwork Institute) guidelines.

Maintain drawing files, revision logs, and document control for active projects.

Communicate with production and installation teams to ensure drawing accuracy and feasibility.

Attend team meetings and design reviews as needed.
