Job Description:
We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Infant, Toddler, and Preschool Teachers/Assistants to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a deep commitment to early childhood development, a warm and caring demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic educational setting.
Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow.
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Observe and assess children's progress, and communicate developmental milestones to parents/guardians.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
- Adhere to all licensing regulations and uphold the highest standards of childcare and education.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with infants, toddlers, or preschool-aged children is preferred.
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or related fields is a plus.
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification or willing to obtain one.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
