Job Overview
-We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for nurturing and educating children, ensuring their safety and well-being while fostering their developmental growth. This role involves creating a supportive and engaging environment for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, all within a cozy home environment. This role is equally suitable for someone beginning their child care experience or for an educator with years of experience. Pay will vary accordingly.

Duties:
-Supervise and engage with children in a safe and nurturing environment.
-Plan and/or implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development.
-Monitor children's behavior and provide guidance on appropriate behavior management techniques.
-Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and personal hygiene.
-Maintain a clean and organized home daycare setting.
-Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
-Collaborate with daycare director and families to ensure an inclusive atmosphere for children with special needs or disabilities.
-Maintain records as required.
Qualifications:
-Some knowledge of childhood development principles, early childhood education practices, behavior management strategies, and/or experience working with children in various capacities such as childcare, babysitting, or teaching is a plus
-Communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and daycare director.
