Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Plumbing, Heating, and HVAC Company

As a Customer Service Representative at Bartlett and Steadman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service while managing their inquiries, concerns, and service requests. Experience with Service Titan is a plus

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries and service requests with professionalism and efficiency.

Coordinate with field technicians to schedule appointments, installations, and repairs.

Provide accurate information about our plumbing, heating, and HVAC services to customers.

Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.

Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our system.

Collaborate with other team members to optimize workflow and enhance customer satisfaction.

Strive to meet and exceed customer service targets and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, preferably in the plumbing, heating, or HVAC industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Familiarity with scheduling and dispatching systems is a plus.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

High attention to detail and organizational skills.
