Star Laundromat is a friendly, busy neighborhood laundromat located at 760 Crescent st Brockton Ma
. We are looking for friendly, outgoing, customer-service oriented individual to join our team as a Laundromat Customer Service Attendant.
You must be authorized to work in the United States- this position is paid by check with a year-end W2
Available Shifts:
Days 6 am - 2 pm
Nights 2 pm - 10 pm
Laundromat Attendant Responsibilities:
-Sorting, washing, drying, and folding clothing for customers using our popular wash, dry and fold laundry service.
-Ensuring that the facility remains clean at all times. Wiping down surfaces, cleaning washing machines and dryers and lint from dryers, sweeping/moping floors, etc.
-Greeting customers when they walk in and responding to their questions, concerns, and complaints.
Laundry Attendant Requirements:
-Must have a friendly and cheerful personality, strong organizational skills and be able to work well with other team members.
-Punctuality and reliability are imperative, we rely on you to work when scheduled and have a low tolerance for lateness and not being able to work when scheduled.
-No experience is needed, we will train you using our procedures, but you must like doing laundry since this is your main job duty.
Physical Requirements:
-Ability to stand for long periods.
-Capacity to lift up to 25 pounds on your own.
