Responsibilities

Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and inventory.

Provide accurate information about product availability, shipping timelines, and delivery updates.

Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.

Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order processing and fulfillment.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system.

Monitor order status and proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Previous experience in customer service or logistics/warehouse operations is a plus.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
