This is a contract remote role for a Solar Appointment Setter. We are a solar brokerage that helps homeowners across the U.S. switch to solar and save hundreds if not thousands of dollars per year in electricity costs. In this role you will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, and promoting solar power. This will involve cold-calling, networking, lead nurturing, and building relationships with clients. Leads will be given to you over time if you're performing at a high level. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for renewable energy and a desire to make a positive impact on the environment.

Employment type: 1099 Contract Role (not W2), 100% commission-based (uncapped earning) with monthly bonuses based on performance. Earn an average of $1,250 per closed deal. The fastest way to earning $8K+ per month is to already know homeowners and landlords who are interested in switching to solar energy.

Flexible Schedule: set your own hours, full or part-time. Your level of success will be directly proportional to the amount of time and effort you put in.

No experience necessary and plenty of room to work your way up to being a closer on the team should you want to. There are weekly training opportunities to help you become successful in a shorter amount of time.

Desired qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Previous experience in solar industry is preferred

- Customer service-oriented mindset

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
