Growing firm in Hingham is looking for part time administrative support to help office manager during tax season until April 15. Work consists of answering phones, scanning and processing tax returns and other duties as needed. The hours are flexible for the right person but ideally would be 8 or 9am to 1pm 3-5 days per week.
Ideal candidate would have cpa firm or administrative experience but not required as training will be provided. Candidate must be local. This position is ideal for stay-at-home moms, semi-retired or college students.
Permanent part time work may be available after tax season. For those candidates that do have tax preparation experience using CCH Axcess or similar, more hours will be available during tax season to help with tax preparation.
