1. Progress Payments
2. Tenant Payment Histories
3. Tenant Billings
4. Annual Budgets
5. Vendor and Proposal Comparisons
6. Third Party Information Requests
7. Analyze Historical Asset Performance
8. Recommend Cost Savings Measures
9. Pay (Off Cycle) and Personal Bills
10. City and State Reporting Requirements
11. Tax Abatement Analysis
12. Proposal Review and Analysis
Analyst will report directly to senior leadership. Commercial Real Estate experience preferred but not required. Experience and excellence with Quickbooks and Excel required.
