BI (Bartlett Interactive) seeks a Bookkeeper to join our team celebrating over 25 years in business. Work remotely and on-site (West Concord, MA) at a creative digital agency for approximately 30 hours per week.
OBJECTIVES
Help complete a QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online migration
Seamless transition to a new accounts receivables system using QBO
Follow existing processes and procedures (SOPs) to enhance the company’s internal capacity
Invoice clients clearly and on a timely schedule
Manage financial operations such as time tracking
QUALIFICATIONS
An enthusiastic attitude, detail-oriented, proactive, with great customer service skills
Minimum 2 - 3 years of back office experience with QuickBooks. Knowledge of agency billing structure is helpful but optional
Understanding of business models and financial statements.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in operations management, business administration, or related field
Knowledge of management software programs, including Basecamp, Google Workspace (required), QuickBooks Online (required), and Slack.

Payroll for 10 people
Monthly invoicing to clients
Online bank deposits and bill pay
Accounts Payable
Review weekly timesheets, enter time increments in QB time tracking
Calculate weekly individual and team utilization
Participate in multiple weekly team meetings; maintain awareness of project budgets
