Job Title: Production Assistant/Metal PlaterJob DescriptionThis position is ideal for someone eager to learn a new manufacturing skill. The role involves plating metal materials in various chemicals through a bath process. You will review job cards to determine the specific requirements for each customer order, clean the materials, and ensure they are free of dust or dirt before processing. You will also determine the appropriate duration for the bath process based on the size and density of each piece. After completing the bath process, you will inspect the parts visually to ensure they are free of noticeable defects.Responsibilities

Run the plating process accordingly.
Visually inspect finished parts for any defects.
Essential Skills
At least 6 months of manufacturing experience.
Ability to lift 20+ lbs.
Ability to follow work instructions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Prior plating or manufacturing experience.
Ability to read blueprints.
Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers.
Masking experience.
