When you join the growing BILH team, you're not just taking a job, you’re making a difference in people’s lives.Staffing Associate - Nursing Support ServicesJob Description:Position Summary:Under the direction of the department director and/or nurse manager responsible for the Staffing Office.Supports bi-weekly payroll administrative computation for nurse leaders, supports staffing activities for Patient Care Services, creates/coordinates monthly schedules and meets daily staffing needs for assigned department using acuity and budgetary guidelines. Collaborates with nurse managers, staffing assistants to assign staff based on identified needs, acuity and staff competency, places staff on call as needed and proactively meets the needs of the departments during periods of high census, acuity or vacant positions. Maintains personnel data in electronic databases.
