Provide engineering/technical support services for networked and stand-alone equipment
Leverage resources to resolve issues
Document work performed within the service management software
Prioritize issues by level of urgency and triage or escalate unresolved issues as appropriate
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on equipment
Provide turnover report for next shift
Other duties as assigned
Required:
1+ year of experience in customer service/customer facing role
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
Hands-on experience with the installation, repair and troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
An Engineering/Technical certification (desired)
