Managing the entire invoice process: ensuring invoices are obtained, supported, approved, paid, and recorded following corporate guidelines.
Timely processing of approved invoices in line with corporate policies.
Regular reconciliation of vendor statements and addressing vendor inquiries efficiently.
Resolving invoice disputes, overpayments, and underpayments both with vendors and internal customers, utilizing established resources and escalating non-routine issues to the supervisor
