Sr Relationship ManagerThe Senior Relationship Manager provides strategic and day-to-day support for Retirement client services, business development and relationship building. This job establishes operational plans within the Relationship Management area and is a single point of contact for key clients, providing coordinated access to company's products and services.Key Responsibilities and Duties
Develops and maintains relationships with key Retirement clients to understand their business, risks, and opportunities.
Ensures overall client satisfaction by managing day-to-day client facing administrative and all plan operational needs and requirements of the Retirement client relationship.
Develops and implements new products, processes, standards or operational plans that will have impact on the achievement of Relationship Management results.
Reviews client financials and regularly meets with senior executives to understand their longer-term strategies.
Builds a personal rapport with client contacts in order to be seen as a trusted advisor.
Serves a wide range of company products in response to client's business requirements - including proactively suggesting solutions to clients.
Develops highly specialized product knowledge and financing expertise for covered sector.
Ensures client instructions are executed in a timely and accurate manner.
