Raytheon has an opportunity for a 2nd shift Production Supervisor to join the Advanced Electronics Sub Assembly (AES) Factory. This position has overall leadership of a Cell in a fast paced, multi-shift, high mix environment that produces products using cutting edge technologies. The Team Lead ensures that all product meets contractual quality, cost, and schedule requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of production while maintaining a safe work environment.The position is responsible for the effective execution of the manufacturing operations strategy, using the available control systems, tools, and metrics to accurately measure progress, identify root causes of failure modes, assess production capacity, resolve quality and staffing issues and develop/implement corrective action plans.What You Will Do

Driving goals and accountability throughout cell

Workforce planning and forecasting.

Employee hiring, training, and unit hour performance.

Area layout and flow management

Ensuring the full compliance of company policies and procedures

Understanding and operating within the contractual requirements set forth in a multiple union environment

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires university degree or equivalent experience and 2 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree.

Supervisory experience is required

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

Experience with Sub-Assembly assembly and test execution

Previous experience supervising bargaining unit employees.

Excellent communication (written and verbal)

Self-directed individual

Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)

Knowledge of basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching and process execution.

#LI-ONSITEThe salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
