In keeping with this purpose, The Agency & Content Team plays a key role in creating Better, Faster, and Smarter Content to support Pfizer's omnichannel marketing model. One of the most critical drivers of this transformation is to create an industry leading end-to-end content supply chain that delivers excellence across 83 global markets and unique market categories.The Agency Strategy & Operations Team has been established to implement Pfizer's going-forward agency engagement model and will offer marketing and other content creators a for fit-for-purpose end-to-end creative and production solution for Business Units and Countries. The Agency Operations Lead, Specialty Care (US & Global Marketing) is a key position on the Agency Strategy & Operations Team, and will serve as the cross-functional single point of contact for Pfizer's Marketing teams within the US & Global Marketing teams in the Specialty Care Business Unit and for agency leadership teams to deliver against their scope(s).The Agency Operations Lead, Specialty Care (US & Global Marketing) will partner closely with cross functional stakeholders to drive operational excellence, including submissions management, system compliance, reduction of end-to-end content cycle times, and forward-looking content ecosystem innovations. The Agency Operations Lead, Specialty Care (US & Global Marketing) will collaborate closely with Pfizer's Marketing teams to drive agency efficiency and effectiveness, removing red-tape in the process.The successful candidate will have a deep commitment to improving health outcomes, a proven track record of operations management, strong communication and issue resolution skills, experience with developing and delivering concise executive summaries for ELT and ELT-1 colleagues, demonstrated ability to quickly diagnose complex challenges, be an advocate for change, and have a passion for continuous improvement.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESThe Agency Operations Lead, Specialty Care (US & Global Marketing) is responsible to deliver a world class operational framework for engaging our nominated external advertising agencies to create breakthrough campaigns in an efficient and effective ecosystem. The successful candidate will serve as the single point of contact and accountability for Pfizer's agency model performance for Pfizer's US & Global Marketing teams in the Specialty Care Business Unit.Reports to Agency Strategy & Operations Lead, Agency & Content

Leads Agency Operations, Specialty Care to:

Serve as the single point of contact to Pfizer's Specialty Care Leadership and Agency Leadership for agency operations

Translate Pfizer's content needs to agency delivery across talent, quality, and timeliness of work output.

Partner with product marketing teams to unlock the potential of custom operating models to create a seamless experience for marketers across CoLab's service verticals.

Ensure external agencies adherence to Pfizer's ways of working with systems and content generation methodologies, including the communication and adoption of all content standards, policies, processes and tools.

Operationalize Pfizer's plans to expand and scale new content service offerings.

Establish routine monitoring systems to actively manage the quality and volume of work routing to Pfizer. This will require aligning Pfizer's agreed scope with agency partners to submissions, so as to identify strengths and/or opportunities in Pfizer's omnichannel plans.

Work closely with Agency Performance and Metrics Lead and Creative Production Lead, US to identify areas of opportunity to better leverage Pfizer's external agency ecosystem against objectives.

Partner with Marketing, Digital, Compliance, and other CMO colleagues to establish regular reviews of system processes and introduce ideas for continuous improvement/removal of red tape.

Serve as the operational lead for Pfizer's content blueprint to promote early adoption of Pfizer's going-forward ways of working.

Develop, in partnership with CMO LT, a roadmap for future agency services required, including operational changes required to enable process automation aligned with machine learning and generative artificial intelligence.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

8 years of experience in marketing, agency, operations, or related functions

Pharmaceutical commercial businessexperience; in-house marketing and/or agency experience preferred

Experience in process design, optimization and issue management and resolution

Expertise in the agency landscape including media, creative, PR, performance marketing, and other key channels/sectors.

Expertise in Veeva, Adobe, and other software platforms including system architecture and integrations.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively manage cross-functional teams and external partner relationships

Exceptional interpersonal skills and mastery of working in a matrixed environment, with the ability to perform in a highly visible.

Track record of strong networking and working collaboratively across functions and geographies

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $156,600.00 to $261,000.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
