The Accounting Manager in a high-level contributing role will play a critical role in supporting financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. Assist in the Monthly close process.
Prepare analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Support the annual budgeting process by gathering relevant data, preparing budget templates, and assisting in budget analysis.
Aid in the development of financial forecasts and projections to guide strategic decision-making.
Compliance and Regulations:
Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risks.
Financial Analysis:
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Generate ad hoc financial reports and analysis as requested by management.
Process Improvement:
Continuously evaluate existing financial processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
