Description We are inviting applications for the role of a Customer Service Representative, based in Amherst, Massachusetts. This role offers a contract employment opportunity in the telecom industry where the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for overseeing all aspects of service for global clients, troubleshooting and solving client issues, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve customer service.Responsibilities: Directly oversee all aspects of service for global clients. Develop expertise in client registration and scheduling support to troubleshoot and solve client issues. Effectively use multiple vendor databases to review client accounts, providing updates and insights. Track all inquiries in the Customer Relationship Management System (Salesforce). Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about invoicing. Develop proficiency in client exam seat reservation through our vendors. Guide callers through troubleshooting and website navigation. Assist in the creation, maintenance, documentation, and implementation of standard operating procedures. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer service. Recommend changes to content and marketing efforts based on client feedback. Serve as an active team member, including handling related tasks. Skills Required: Proficiency in Answering Inbound Calls, Call Center Customer Service, Customer Service, Data Entry Proven experience with Email Correspondence, Inbound Outbound Calls, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Order Entry Ability to Schedule Appointments efficiently. Requirements Proficient in handling and answering inbound calls. Experience in call center customer service. Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve client issues. Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Excellent email correspondence skills, ensuring prompt and detail oriented responses. Experienced with both inbound and outbound calls. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Skilled in Microsoft Word for documentation and correspondence. Ability to handle order entry tasks efficiently. Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
