You will be a key professional in the HSE function. You will implement processes and drive HSE performance metrics for HBS Americas for both the service and install business. You will accomplish this by establishing strong working relationships with the employees you support. You will report directly to the HBS Sr HSE Manager for the Energy Group. You will be the key HSE resource within the region directing sustainable health and safety programs through incorporation of impactful operating processes and keeping in front of leading practices in health and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

Develop, integrate, monitor, and support Health and Safety programs to ensure compliance with the applicable guidelines, procedures, and regulations.

Incorporate continuous improvement using Honeywell's Health and Safety initiatives through Honeywell's Operating System activities.

Provide proactive integration of HSE initiatives across the Americas, keeping in front of leading edge safety awareness.

Audits & inspections.

Provide HSE training, as needed.

Travel to customer locations to provide on-site HSE support.

Interact with agency and customer representatives, notably the Corps of Engineers environmental health and safety staff.

U.S. CITIZEN REQUIREMENT

Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's Degree in health & safety, environmental management, engineering (environmental, safety), or project management.

5+ years of HSE experience.

HSE program development and implementation experience.

Experience within construction, service and/or field related businesses.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Experience working on Federal sites.

Experience with the US Corps of Engineers EM385 requirements.
