PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project is located in Frostburg Maryland. Streets involved are part of McCulloh and Washington, Pearson St., and Cemetery including alleys. The purpose of the project is to separate storm and sanitary flows into their own dedicated sewers.
The work will consist of the following: (a) Removal and replacement of the existing combined sewer with separated storm and sanitary sewers, (b) re-connection of existing sanitary service laterals, (c) replacement and renewal of existing water service laterals, (d) grading, (e) removal of existing concrete, (f) removal of existing paving and roadway section, (g) locating and identifying sewer and storm laterals, (h) paving, (i) concrete curbing,
(j) concrete flatwork, (k) installation of drainage structures, (l) installation of water services, (m) surface restoration, (n) lining of sanitary pipes and manholes.
