Maintenance Technician for multiple apartments in Hagerstown, MD

Technician is responsible for general maintenance. Will be responsible for make readies, turns and work orders. Excellent customer service experience required and must have at least 2 years apartment maintenance experience. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.
Will be responsible for light electrical, light plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair and a variety of maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds as needed. Section 8 repairs a plus.
