- Experience in Healthcare IT/Business Processes Payer Systems-MUST
- Experience in managing complex Healthcare integration projects across multiple platforms
- Experience in Member migrations, client configurations and implementation engagements
- Rich knowledge of Healthcare platforms. Knowledge of is a Mandatory
- Internally and externally, in partnership with workstream leaders, create, track, and ensure delivery to timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate and facilitate project management teams, processes, and schedule meetings to track towards timely execution of program
- Communicate and escalate barriers to program/project success
- Mange daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and meeting cadence
- Task oriented and drive consensus around clear project goals, priorities, and scope.
