These materials may include classroom and online courseware, job aids, teaching aids, reference materials, presentations, facilitator guides, assessments, multimedia and other elements. The content is a mix of technical and non-technical subjects that primarily relate to the products, systems and interaction skills of contact center associates.Who we are:If you’re an online or mobile banking user or pay your bills online - if you interact with a financial institution at all - chances are you’re more familiar with Fiserv than you realize. Utilize proven techniques to research, design and develop multimedia learning materials for new and existing programs in a variety of contexts and subjects, using several software applications and tools.

Using proper methodology, determine or verify accurate learning objectives in order to create relevant learning content and assessments.

Practice the ADDIE model of beginning-to-end training development, including identifying and dealing with road blocks.

Work directly with SMEs and stakeholders as needed for each project.

Incorporate proven adult learning principles (learning needs/styles, etc.) in all material and activity development.

Schedule and lead knowledge harvesting, design and review sessions.

Submit all materials to the department QA process and assist other designers by proof-reading their materials.

Assist with continuous improvement of the Training function by recommending process improvements, curriculum enhancements or new procedures.

Build mutually beneficial relationships with internal partners including Project Managers, Training Specialists, subject matter experts and others in the business.

Maintain a growing knowledge of the business, products and training programs. Take initiative to develop instructional design skills via books, articles, courses and practice. What you need to have:

Minimum 2-3 years creating job related training programs that include products, systems, and interaction skills in a service environment.

Up to date and practical knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts, including ADDIE and rapid methodologies like SAM.

At least some experience facilitating learning with varied methods and environments (OJT, virtual, classroom, etc.).

Demonstrated consulting skills in dealing with subject matter experts, internal customers and team mates in meaningful and positive ways. Experience with writing modular, lesson plan based materials highly desirable.

Demonstrated experience with learning new software, processes, regulations, and other content in order to develop training on them.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.

What would be great to have :

Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Able to navigate SharePoint sites and content.

Experience with – and/or ability to learn and use – creative software such as the Adobe Suite, Camtasia, Snagit, Storyline, MS Visio, internet applications, and learning management systems.

Formal certification in Instructional Design, HPI, or related skills preferred.
