You'll get to: • Help to develop Expansion Products such as dust extractors, radios, lights, wireless devices & other future products• Act as a Program Manager and Electrical Engineer to oversee external sourced product designs from concept to shelf• Be responsible for driving program schedule and meeting program milestones• Work with ID, Marketing, Manufacturing, Compliance, Safety and Purchasing to create supplier product specifications• Help spec and select electronic components based on performance requirements for new designs and alternative electronic parts• Perform electrical stack-ups, PFMEAs and DFMEAs to validate supplier designs and hold design reviews• Act as a mentor to other Engineers and Technicians• Attend product builds. You also have: • Minimum B.S.E.E. degree with 5 or more years of experience• Strong design and hands-on experience with switch mode power supply designs (SMPS) - AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC converters• Knowledge of RF, antenna, op amp, audio and MCU interface circuits• Strong knowledge of PCB design best practices and design for EMC• Proficiently in schematic capture & PCB layout using Altium designer• Experience with UL / IEC / FCC / CISPR compliance requirements• Understanding of electronics manufacturing and design for high volume production• Ability to work with outside suppliers and teams in Europe, Asia, and North AmericaWhat You'll Receive You'll receive a competitive salary and a great benefits plan:- Medical, dental, life, vision, wellness program, disability, 401(k), Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off and tuition reimbursement.
