Reporting into the Sr Director, Global CAPEX, this strategic leader will be responsible for not only occupancy planning but also the overall employee & guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguous transformation environments and possesses world-class leadership and consensus-building skills amongst the technical facilities management arena.The Global Engineering and Services organization is responsible for Real Estate, Facilities, Maintenance and Repair of Building and production equipment, Capital planning and projects as well as Energy Management for the Company. Responsible for all aspects of space management and occupancy planning, including coordinating meetings, conducting reviews, compiling summaries and reports, tracking KPIs, providing support to clients, and ensuring accurate database management.

Across all integrated services, provide tactical planning, relationship management, and executing upon innovation and continuous improvement opportunities.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to collect information and create various workplace scenarios, considering factors like growth, reorganization, and adherence to corporate standards.

Responsible for the accuracy of floor plans, including functional business group assignment, general office space allocation, accurate occupancy, working space information, conference room ownership etc.

Verify the accuracy of space data by conducting monthly reviews and updates to database to reflect new details and as-built information.

Prepare strategic plans with block, test fit plans, sizing modes and AutoCAD drawings.

Report on key metrics with detailed reporting, including dashboards covering key metrics and detailing space utilization, forecasts, and recommendations for optimizing space allocation.

Effectively lead and communicate at all levels within the company, working closely with team across the company to drive success (Operations, Real Estate, Design & Construction, Facilities, EHS, Finance, Legal, etc).

Drive a culture of continuous improvement through total team engagement with continuous research of leading-edge technology, tool sets, and project delivery methodologies.

Responsible for necessary move management services to support office space allocation and overall occupancy.

Responsible for furniture services, consisting of minor furniture reconfigurations, space changes and overall asset management.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in real estate, business, analytics, design, workplace strategy, hospitality, multi-unit retail, startups, consulting, customer service, or related experience.

Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to organize, prioritize and control job responsibilities to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping and potentially conflicting priorities.

Familiarity with architectural drawings, furniture, fixtures and equipment, design and space planning concepts, construction costs and schedules, project management skills.

Not required but positive consideration will be given to candidates with Change Management experience including developing and implement workplace strategies.

Foresight to anticipate issues and risks and proactively mitigate.

Credibility and impact that drives commitment and passion.

Some travel required- 25%
