Description Responsibilities:

Provide end-user technical support for desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software applications.

Install, configure, and maintain Active Directory accounts and group memberships.

Manage and troubleshoot Microsoft Office 365 applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, utilizing relevant troubleshooting methodologies.

Respond to user inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and in-person.

Document resolutions and maintain accurate records of support interactions.

Assist with IT projects as assigned, including software deployments, hardware upgrades, and user migrations.

Stay up-to-date on current IT trends and best practices.

Requirements

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 year experience in IT support.

Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.

Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 operating systems and Active Directory concepts.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Office 365 administration.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with Okta or other Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions (ideal).

Experience troubleshooting Zoom video conferencing issues (ideal).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.
