Grants Manager

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity in TOWSON, Maryland for a Grants Manager. The role involves working within the non-profit industry, with a focus on tasks related to financial services and grant accounting. The successful candidate will be expected to effectively utilize CRM and other systems to manage and oversee the grant processes.Responsibilities: Oversee the administration of grant applications and awards while ensuring compliance with regulations Utilize Accounting Software Systems to manage and monitor grant budgets and financial information Implement and manage CRM systems to streamline grant management processes Conduct auditing of grant accounts to ensure accuracy and legality of financial data Oversee benefit functions related to grant disbursement and allocation Manage and implement budget processes in relation to grant funding Monitor cash activity to ensure efficient and legal use of grant funds Utilize knowledge of HUD regulations in managing and distributing grants Perform grant accounting duties, including the preparation of financial reports and statements.Requirements Proficient in Accounting Software Systems Experienced in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Understands and can perform Accounting Functions Has knowledge and experience in Auditing Able to manage Benefit Functions Familiar with Budget Processes Can handle Cash Activity Knowledgeable in Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Experienced in Grant Accounting Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
