Job Description: We specialize in four major telecommunications categories: LMR (Land Mobile Radio), IBS (In-Building Systems, IDAS), ITS (Intelligent Transportation Systems), and Physical Security. We have several in-building projects, including the construction and maintenance of wireless access points, supporting federal, state, and local government, education, transportation, and healthcare sectors.We are looking for a Lead DAS/CO Technician with 2+ years of experience in the wireless space and 1+ years leading a team. The technician must have experience in low voltage coax installation, testing, troubleshooting, rack and stacking, dressing, and labeling. Fiber experience is a plus. The role involves managing crews of up to 5 technicians, training other technicians, and ensuring project progress.Responsibilities include performing site walks, reviewing blueprints, delegating tasks, managing inventory, and maintaining clean construction sites. The position offers a 40-hour work week with potential overtime and prevailing wage opportunities.
