Since our establishment, we have demonstrated and perfected our ability to manage the customer's needs, no matter how complex – offering exceptional service and the Precise solution.We are currently seeking a Program Manager to to support a customer at The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) Airborne Systems Integration (ASI). This position is contingent upon contract award. The Program Manager will plan, direct, or coordinate the operations of public or private sector organizations, overseeing multiple departments or locations. Duties and responsibilities include formulating policies, managing daily operations, and planning the use of materials and human resources, but are too diverse and general in nature to be classified in any one functional area of management or administration, such as personnel, purchasing, or administrative services. Required Experience: At least 3 year of Experience. Of the minimum three years of experience required, at least two of those years must include support of DON acquisition policies and procedures. Demonstrate experience with requirements of the DoD 5000 series, the ability to work with large and diverse teams, and the ability to effectively provide recommendations to all areas of program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management.Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering, Technical, Business, or Computer Science/IT discipline or qualifying substitution.Desired Experience: Experience supporting Webster Outlying Field (WOLF) preferred. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
