Blades of Green is seeking Service Technicians to provide our highly rated lawn and pest services throughout the Central Maryland and Northern Virginia Region.
If you show us your commitment to our clients and an excellent work ethic, we will help you build a career. You will start by learning all there is to know about the lawn and pest industry from the ground up. We provide world-class training from our dedicated team of trainers and therefore do not require any industry experience. From there, you have the opportunity to advance into a Team Lead, Trainer, Field Technician and Service Manager position.

Service Technician Tasks:
-Performs inspections of property for turf disease, weed concerns and pest issues.
-Makes recommendations for treatment and maintenance.
-Safely utilizes and/or applies products and materials.
-Keeps accurate treatment records.
-Looks for and pursues sales opportunities.
-Helps customers understand services provided.
-Securely and safely maintains service vehicle and equipment
