OVERVIEW
The Site Superintendent/Site Safety/Quality Control is a key team member and will be the company's representative on construction sites. This person will have the responsibility and authority to manage the daily coordination and direction of a project. The Site Superintendent will ensure everything remains safe, within budget, on schedule, and meets the company's quality standards and client's expectations.

COMPENSATION / BENEFITS SUMMARY
Salary Up to $85,000.00

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
Install Metal Framing
Review the plan with the Project Manager and ensure that the daily and weekly activities are consistent with that plan
Work with the Project Manager as part of a complementary team
Manage complex projects that require critical phasing
Respond to general inquiries and/or complaints from clients
Manage multiple subcontractors
Meet with potential subcontractors to get pricing

REQUIREMENTS
5 years of construction experience
OSHA or CQM training
A valid driver's license
Willingness to travel
Able to pass a background check
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Able to stand, walk, and/or kneel for prolonged periods of time
Able to perform construction tasks
