I am looking for a skilled painter, and general handyman.
Must speak good English ,and be able to take instruction where needed.
Must be able to pass a criminal back round check no exceptions , I do spend the money to check.
Over 40 hrs a week available most weeks.
If I see you are worth more than the 20 an hr , I will pay more ,But I will not start anyone over 20 an hr without seeing the quality of your work .
If you require food during the day please bring it , because I do not stop for lunch as a general rule.
No smoking on the job .
