Commercial Construction Manger needed. Part time Responsibilities may include but not limited to the following:
Manage construction project from beginning to closeout. Work with owners, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals to achieve a successful result. Oversee the pre-construction and the construction of a new commercial building. Procure materials, equipment, and labor. Maintain the construction schedule and budget. Supervise site work and day-to-day construction. Coordinate contractors and subcontractors. Ensure that the work meets plan specifications and quality standards. Monitor compliance with all regulations. Communicate through regular written and oral reports. Location is in Haynesville Va. If interested, please send resume and references.
