Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will focus on identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. This role requires proactive engagement with prospective clients, a deep understanding of their needs, and the ability to provide tailored solutions that meet customers' needs.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Answer phone inquiries and input sales orders
- Assess customers' needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
- Coordinate customer pick-ups with the warehouse
- Follow up on deliveries to ensure timely arrivals
- Conduct sales activities to drive revenue growth
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute as a team player
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and formatting
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (not required)
Compensation & Benefits
- Initial Guarantee: $4,000 per month for the first 3 months
- Post-Guarantee: Starting from the 4th month, the base pay is $16/hour, plus a 1% commission on sales.
- Paid vacation, sick days, and holidays
- Health insurance will be added in mid-2025
- Annual Earnings Estimate: $48,000 - $90,000 (based on experience and performance)
