We are a senior citizen-focused non-profit advocacy organization seeking a positive, energetic individual to join our team. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, a solid work ethic, and experience with data entry. This is a remote, work-from-home position, so the ability to work independently in a distraction-free environment is essential.
This role begins as part-time, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance, unless you prefer to remain part-time.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately using a multi-line phone system
Respond to telephone inquiries with professionalism and care
Monitor and return voicemail messages promptly and courteously
Update and correct information in our member database
Support the Administrative Director with additional tasks as needed
Schedule:
Part-time hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Includes an unpaid 30-minute lunch break
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong research and communication abilities
Experience with social media posting
Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
